OK, well I know recently there was a 5v flashlight mod video put up. IIRC that thread had a parts list and the video walking you through it. I see Sir_Larry just posted while I was! He's the man behind the 5v video I mentioned.

There's also multiple non 5v flashlight tutorials (search for "magnum"). If you don't have soldering experience you'll also want to watch the how-to videos and you might consider doing a 3.7v mod or 2 before tackling 5v (I've done one 3.7v and am working on my first 5v and it's quite a bit more challenging fitting all the components into the tiny space I decided to use).

Here's a great (and detailed) thread on a 5v battery box mod:
http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/madvapes/62445-madvapes-5v-regulators-rock.html

The soldering/wiring part is the hardest (for me) b/c I'd never done it before my first mod. While the soldering may not be pretty it works great! I highly recommend trying it, the satisfaction is great even if your first results are not photo worthy!

Generally, 5v mods require either a regulator (like the one linked above) or a booster. Either way, they require more soldering than a 3.7v - that's why I recommend if you're unsure of your soldering skills start with 3.7v
