Yes, kinda..
The larger top on the 5 volt battery will sometimes contact the center post and the switch posts. There are a couple of fixes:

Add solder to the center post to make it higher than the switch connections.
Add a piece of tape over the switch connections.
Add a battery spacer to the top of the battery.
File down the switch connections so that they are lower than the center post.

Hope one of those works for you, if not you can send it back and we can repair free of charge..
