Hoog - need some help please

Hi Hoog,

I ordered my first (maxi) Roughstack last week. Let me say the shipping was extremely fast!
But unfortunately I have a problem with it. The connector is the problem. None of my 510 atty's will fire up. But I can manage to get a kr808 carto to fire up using the 510 to 808 adapter. I've looked at your link which explains a fix to this issue by moving the connetctor center post up a little. Tried that and it still does not work with any 510 atty's (even the two you supplied me with my kit).

I opened a ticket last week (VBAJZ2H1D9) but have yet to get a response.

I also see pretty much everything dealing with Roughstack is out of stock. I'd like to get a replacement cap but wonder if that will not happen until you are re-stocked (hopefully soon). Do you have inventory at your ready for warranties?

I will say the RS works great with a kr808 carto. But I prefer 510 atty's.

Your help would be much appreciated.

Yikes kgeiger, looks like you did a lot of testing with that RS. We'll get you fix up asap!

Thanks Hoog!! I can already tell I really love the RS. I just want it to work with my 510 attys.
