This is seriously not the way to run a business. Ordered Wednesday morning at around 2 a.m. Was, at least I believe, extremely patient. Giving them the full 72 hours stated on the site and in the confirmation email it should have shipped at the lasted Friday. Emailed Monday because I know USPS tracking is a joke, but I just wanted to be sure it was on the way. All I have gotten so far is excuses. Problems with Ecopure should have no effect on the shipping of the several 510's I ordered, and based on the last email I received they seem to now think that I had just ordered yesterday. Order number 1654.

Ok well I guess its sent now. 10 hours short of week. Hopefully it can get to So. IL within a couple days. The couple extra bottles (im guessing they are the $3 bottles) of EcoPure they are sending me will partly make up for the 8 packs of analogs that will cover me and my gf till it arrives. Learned my lesson. For anyone who first starting out, you will spend more on cigs while waiting for them to ship than those stupid coupon codes are worth. If you are already set up and have extra time to wait then it is a really good deal. 4 510's and 2 chargers for 80 bucks.

It took them over a week to ship my order! this place is a joke and i will NEVER order from them again. I still haven't received my stuff yet. The funny thing is, I ordered something from eastmall (china) and it arrived here sooner then their order! When I inquired about my shipment, this is what they replied with...

I did not shipped your order. There has been so much controversy over the flavor of ECOpure Rich that I have held all orders with Rich. I did an extensive taste test this weekend with all of the ECOpure Rich bottles, 24 total including the newest shipment that we recently received, to get to the bottom of this situation. I discovered that a few, but not all, bottles of Rich Extra High have a stronger taste than normal. We spent all of today sorting through the orders and replacing all Rich with the normal flavor. I apologize for the delay in shipping, I just want to make sure you get the normal rich and are satisfied with the flavor. We will ship your order tomorrow.

The order should have shipped without the juice or an email should have been sent explaining a possible delay and options to choose another flavor. I really can care less about the juice, I was more concerned about the hardware (the juice is just packaged with it). And here's the best part - after waiting over a week for an order to ship which they held for whatever reason (sounds like BS to me), they couldn't even do the right thing and overnight it now! Bye innovapor - you just lost my business along with everyone else I talk to!

Seriously guys, eastmall is fast as hell... ordered from them twice already and i get the packages in 5 days (east coast). Innovapor states up to 3 days to ship and up to 3 days transit (plus poor customer service). Do the math! I also had a problem with an order from eastmall, guess what? I sent an email and didn't have to wait days for a reply - 15 minutes later and my account was credited! No lie

Considering this is my first PV so first company I'm dealing with, so far my experience has been decent. I placed my order monday afternoon.. after reading the forums and getting impatient and worried.. I called Mark thursday. He assured me that it was shipped yesterday(wednesday). I'm expecting my stuff either tomorrow or saturday. I'm excited and anxious. I am glad I missed the shipping fiasco!

correct me if im wrong? but havent you made 5 orders from innovapor? why? you are always complaining about them so i dont understand why you would continue to make orders...seems to me it keeps you complaining and complaining makes you happy

Yes I have...and I have stated before that they need to change the way they do things...I am all for giving chances, and as you have said, I have given them 5....The problems I have with them are the stories....nothing else....And when it comes to the complaining, I am making other people aware of the situation...the same can be stated for many other people around here who have had similar experiences!

Mark just called me to clarify something on this order- which I placed maybe 16 hrs ago- before it ships out. Love my 510 and love the Rich EcoPure. Went from pack & a half to two packs a day for 20 yrs to like 1 analog a day. I recommend everyone who asks me about e-cigs to IV.

Also I agree with NCCheif-Although you have a right to complain about your experiences, I find it highly inappropriate to advertise other vendors in this vendors thread. Bad form.

You hit the nail on the head here....Apparently some people are getting service like yours and others are not...and it is hit or miss!

Seems to me that if you order something in stock, it ships right out, you receive it quickly, and everybody's happy. If you order something that isn't in stock, you may not ever be notified, there's no way to check the real status of your order on the web site, and your emails to the company may or may not be received. I can't stress enough, if you have any questions about your already-placed order, calling Mark on the phone is the quickest way to get answers. (They may not be answers you'll like, however. ;-)) InnoVapor now even has this on their Shipping page, and it's even underlined.

Obviously it would be loads better if they contacted customers whose orders were held up, but until they start doing that consistently, calling Mark is by far the best option.

(Order #1414... STILL awaiting shipment despite a tracking number having been created on 8/12, pending the arrival of zero-nic ECOpure. Three more days and my InnoVapor order will have officially lagged longer than my slowest order from blu. D'oh!!)

I don't know what to say. IV has done nothing but bend over backwards to help me out. From Millie, to Mark, to Clay, they have been extremely responsive and made sure that my order is what I ordered. They even allowed me to change my order after I made it because I changed my mind. That change did not affect delivery time. I have found that it takes about 7 days total to get what I ordered if it is in stock. I have never called them directly and have only dealt with them via email and IM.

These guys care and want to make each and every one of us happy. Other than e-juice, they are my sole e-cig provider....until I grow up and get a Mod. :)
