Rich Ecopure Information - please read

Dear Customers;
This is an email followup to the one recently sent to you.

After testing all the RICH ecopure that we had, we have eliminated any and all that was described as having a "bad" flavor, however not ALL the RICH ecopure was "bad". There was an error in flavoring from intellicig with the RICH, it has been corrected.

We are fully stocked with 'good' ECOpure in Rich flavor and all orders containing Rich are shipping with this new liquid.

Only the RICH was effected, and only the nicotine strengths from medium to Max. All other Ecopure was unaffected by this error.

We have spoken with Intellicig at length and there is not a 'bad' or 'spoiled' ingredient just an error in mixing the proper flavoring to glycerol ratio. As a result the flavor is not the true flavor that Rich ECOpure should have.

If you have received RICH ecopure from us recently and you are experiencing a taste that you highly dislike, or find to be offensive, please take the following steps:


1. Email me at INNOVAPOR@GMAIL.COM - include your order #, name, amount of \\\"bad\\\" ecopure and what you are experiencing.

2. Send the ecopure back to us for replacement. Once it is received we will send you out new RICH ecopure.

Intellicig, supplier of the Ecopure is aware of this situation and they are resolving it. If you have purchased ecopure through intellicig directly, please contact them for a replacement.

Due to the immediate attention that this situation required, the InnoVapor staff was working non stop through out the weekend to correct the issue. We want to apologize for any short delays in the shipping times of orders from the ending of last week. These orders are being filled and shipped, as they are you will receive tracking information for the order.

We wanted to make sure all orders were checked and tested before going out, this meant that orders packed and ready for Monday delivery were unpacked and tested over the weekend.

Again we apologize for this, shipping has resumed back to normal.
