6 months - smoke free

Today marked 6 months of being smoke free. A milestone I thought would never happen.

For the idiots (gov) that do not endorse vaping as a smoking cessation vehicle, well they are full of it. This the longest I have been smoke free since my life as a smoker started some 41 years ago.

In closing, it gets easier as time goes by. Keep up the fight folks, you'll get there I wish everyone success with their own personal demons.

Congrats Switched. Quite an accomplishment. I am going on 3 months myself being smoke free, and I can't believe it either.
And you are 100% correct about it being a smoking cessation vehicle. No other device/method has ever given me longer than 2 days.

As you know I am at my sister. She offered me desert the other night. I said no thanks I brought my own non fattening blackberry cheesecake, num num LOL. She is cool with my vaping and only once has she asked me not to vape a particular liquid (cuban supreme). Hey I am cool with that.

Thanks folks A multi-meter is a device for measuring atty resistance and battery voltages amongst other things.

Checking out that vid Jack, no that seems like what bars used to be like when we smoked.

The longest I've been without since I started was 8 months, cold turkey... really tough 8 months though, so far this has been enjoyable and totally satisfies the cravings, so I can see how so many members on here have been able to quit with ease...

This might explain a few things with regards to "relatively" The moon and vaping - E-Cigarette Forum The new moon of the quarter (July) which was one both Ruth and I did not look forward to, went by relatively smooth. With its passing I know I can now remain smoke free, because the one in April was a real doosy.
