It appears to be a damn good Mod for only $80. I was waiting patiently for Jack to carry a Mod and now that he has them... He can keep em for that price!

I'm not ashamed to admit I am poor, and because I am so poor a $180 Silver Bullet kit, a $200 Fistpack or a $250+ Precise etc is just too damned expensive, if I intend on having juice for the month that is.

I budget myself and got into vaping because it was supposed to be cheaper...

So if this 6 Volt MeGo is any good, I will consider buying the kit (Which has 2, 6 volt 1300 mAh batts? You kidding me? That'd be better than the Precise)

I have a ....load of old standard resistance 510's so it would help me use those up.. and Hell, maybe I will "Pop An Atty" like I was told I would haha. I haven't popped an atty yet, not sure why really.

If I do buy one, it obviously won't be due to RV's marketing skills.
"1 x eGO 6 Volt Atomizer Cover " ??? WTF:facepalm:

Good review and thanks for sharing with us. Did you check the voltage out with a meter?

No, and I wish I could. I don't have a meter handy, and I really should get one. If it is actually 6v, I would be shocked. The thing is though, I could only get the regular 510 atty to work on it. LR attys wouldnt work, the new Joye cartos wouldn't work, and those are 3.0 ohms, so that kinda confused me. But I have tried multiple and nothing. I guess it could be 6v, but I doubt it. If it is, its weak. Honestly, it doesnt even feel 5v to me. It feels like 3.7 with a regular atty. That's the best I can explain it. I see now I really need a meter to check it, just never really had a use for one before now...

Just tested some more attys and cartos out. Every time I try one, the thing just blinks 5 times and doesn't hit...

Hey you all, Rob over at the GoodProphets forum had this to say about the 6v "eGo"...

I will say that the 6v [eGo] actually is 5v, which is a good thing.
The cutoff is being worked on, as is the protection circuit.

The problem with the 6v [eGo] is that the protection wont let you use any atomizer.
You need to use atomizers of 4 ohm or something like that, which defeats the purpose.

I am currently working to fix that, and if so 5volts with a 3.0-3.5 ohm (depended on liquid formulation) will be the hit.
