What would be the best setup if I'm going to spend upto 69 dollars on it on fasttech? ( Or any other trust worthy website )

I second that. Get a vamo v2 or v3. A lot of people don't like the v3 look but I just picked one up and got a v3 jwrap (white carbon fiber) and it looks freaking sick!!! I like it more than my v2!

if its your first set up go with the vamo because ur going to need to buy batteries and a charger and what have yous. if u have all that stuff and are looking for a new unit for under 69 id say sigelei zmax V3 would be the best bang for your 69 bucks

I would go with a vamo. you can find one for about 40. vv,vw plus money to spare

I just picked up a vamo kit this weekend for ~52 bucks, and it came with two tanks.

I would go with the VAMO as well. Here is what I would do with 69$:
