I cannot figure this out for the life of me. Here lately I've been bouncing back and forth between 6 and 3mg ejuice. The 6mg kicks my nic cravings but always gives me a headache. 3mg on the other hand won't give me a headache but doesn't satisfy my nic cravings? Is it my set up that's giving me issues or what or should I try 4-5 mg nic? The current set up I have is an eleaf ipower and a nautalius mini tank. My ejuice is 70vg and 30pg and not sure if that has anything to do with it either?

I would try something lower than 6 nic, but higher than 3 like everyone else is saying.

Going from 3 to 6 is literally doubling the amount of nicotine being vaped.

Also I would try a different brand of e-liquid if you have not already. Some company's use a lower grade of nicotine than others, similar to alcohol manufactures.

Top shelf = Top price = No hangover
Cheap beer = Free at a party = Head pounding

I can get the same thing when vaping too much 3mg... I tend to go around 1.5 mg - 2mg. Inconvenient when you have to buy your eliquid, which is another reason I DIY. (but I know that's not an option/interest for many people) I would try what the above posters said... Try mixing equal parts of 3 and 6mg together.

I don't think the VG/PG ratio has anything to do with it. If anything, I'd wager higher VG juice would be less "headache prone".

As I recall, it's sometimes difficult to find pre-mixed juice in 4 and 5 mg strengths. What I'd do is get a bottle of 6 mg, a bottle of 3 mg, and mix them together. See if that puts you in the zone.

What juice are you using, btw?

This is it for me. I can tell cheap nicotine in 2 puffs. I get an instant headache and know that I will be giving away what I am vaping.

Sensitivity to nicotine varies a lot and it can change in one individual. I can vape10 mg, no problem. 18 mg makes my head pound. When I first started vaping 18 was fine. If you are becoming more sensitive to nic isn't that a good thing? I believe nic is pretty much harmless but I'd like to be needing less of it so my stash lasts longer.
