Wow!! Went to ECF & was redirected to the Akrotiri Forum..OK I did and it looks like this thread has run its course.
Classwife you can close it down, nothing else to see or post here.
Wow!That's probably what's causing your headaches.
30ml is a lot. My advice is to stay at 3mg and stop chain vaping or lower wattage considerably to cut down on the amount of ml you are vaping. Anything more than 10ml a day is excessive.
Also, switching to VG wont help especially if its lower quality due to all the cancer causing agents in it. Uninformed stupid vapers think 100%VG is a cure all but it's just bad advice. Cut down the amount of ml you are vaping or just quit altogether.
Thread is totally derailed and the OP lost interest. 30ml is too much, stop chain vaping, lower your nic, drink water and you won't get headaches.
Close it down classwife.
I standby what I said.Is this Your Thread? If not, and you don't like it, why don't you Un-Subscribe from it.
This thread was going Fine until someone came Crashing in like the Cool-Aid Man making Unsupported Statements about Cancer Causing VG. And arguing with Steve about being the OP.
It really Isn't Fair to the Real OP of this Thread to keep coming back and Not Contributing Anything.
SO,,the 'facts' you quote won't stand with You..I standby what I said.
Have any of you ever gotten headaches when you switched from smoking to vaping? If so how long did they last? Just wondering cause I started vaping about 2 weeks ago and i hope I'm not the only one here that this is happening to. I use an eleaf ipower with an aspire cleito tank and I believe I may have found my comfort level of 8mg nic juice. I first started out with 12 mg nic juice and that proved to be way too much for my set up and 6mg was way too weak. When I first started with the 12mg it made me nic sick and I got severe headaches. 8mg keeps me satisfied but I still get headaches and have to take ibuprofen daily. My current juice ratio is 70vg and 30pg, I try to keep myself hydrated as much as possible throughout the day. So I don't really know what's going on, is this normal cause I quit actual analogs and my body is healing itself? How long will this last?

Thread is dead and derailed@rbrookv, You've gotten good advice from the others, except Akrotiri, so won't rehash them. I had to go through a maze of the quit smoking "symptoms" and they weren't but I stuck with it and next month I'll have been off the stinkies four years. Never thought I'd see the day that would happen. Hang in there, don't give up, we're all rooting for you! You may find this helpful, it has for many people here. A list of symptoms when quitting tobacco and changing to an ecigarette
Congratulations on your two weeks, that is a wonderful accomplishment!
You are arguing with well-established, well-informed members of this forum. If you want to keep any semblance of credibility, post links to your claims. Also, you don't get to shut other people's threads down but I'm sure Classy will enjoy the chuckle.
OP, rbrookv,, is a young woman..Thread is dead and derailed
OP lost interest because he realized you people are uninformed and have no idea what your talking about. Bad Advice!
