6V Chuck and Cartomizers

I'm thinking about getting a Big Chuck, but I only use cartomizers. Anyone else using carto's at 6V and, if so, how do they perform. Thanks.

I use them all the time with my Big Chuck, they are Big Chuck friendly!

You just have to make sure to keep the carto wet. I get about 20 good decent puffs before I refill the carto. Probably could take a couple more puffs, but so far, I just get about 20 good puffs, put the caps back on an grab another carto.

I've yet to "fry" a carto!

It only takes a couple seconds on the button to get a TH & good vapor output!

Can those sit around a while before refilling them? I've got empty carts up the yin-yang. I just never get around to refilling them.

Maybe I'll do that and take them when we go out tonight, drunk dripping is such a mess.

They do work really well, best flavor and throat hit you can get....downside is the cartos don't last nearly as long at 6 volts.

When I finish using up a carto I put the plug back in and the end caps on. I have a box to put my used cartos in so I can wait til I have the time or inclination to fill them up again.

I do wash them out by running warm water thru them, then blow them out to help with drying. Once they dry, I just fill them up (try the spin method here

Thanks Grammie. I didn't know about being able to wash them out. Good idea on the spin method... its similar to what I do, only no bag and one at a time. I spin them to help the juice move down...and looks a ton more dorky.. but hey, I consider it calisthenics.

EDIT: Not to totally derail, but what do you guys use for 801 carts? I have some, but the mouthpiece hole goes right up the middle, I did a modified straw mod, but it doesn't seem to work real well.. are there different mouthpieces for this?

I noticed the other types have the vent on the sides, away from where the juice sits. With the 801 that I have I don't think I get enough negative pressure to draw out the juice, or it goes right up the mouthpiece

Oh, forgot something! You can spin them without putting in the plugs! That will help force the water out!

yeah i wash mine too all the time. blow out the water and refill. I dont even let them dry.. very friendly for 6v chuck..

RIGHT! Ive also found that cartos LOV ELOVE LOVE HV!!!!!! really brings them to life

I don't like cartomizers at 6V, only 3.7. It just gets too harsh for me.
