I've only had my Chuck for a day, but no, it doesn't kill 510 HV atties. Actually, they are frickin' awesome! But, I just want to try everything to make sure of what I like the best.

Ah good deal. I would like to try out something different too when I finally get mine. I'm kinda interested in trying out some cartomisers.

I just tried them recently and they are great for driving (especially when I have an hour and a half commute in the dark.)

You can kill atomizers many ways - flooding, vaping dry, etc. HV atomizers are just less likely to fry if you press the button for more than2-3 secs with 5+ volts.

I fried some 801 atomizers when I tried them on anXhaler at 5v, but the 801HV atomizers got me trough the learning curve. And it works on my Chuck now that I ave the 801 adapter.

Speaking of the HV attys - I just ordered an 801 and 510 HV atty from Nhaler - the 4.5 resistance one - it's supposed to only reduce the power by 1 volt - so I'm thinking that using it with 6 volt on the Chuck it should do pretty well and in reality make the Chuck 5 volt which I keep hearing is perfect. Has anybody tried it yet with the Nhaler HV attys ? I'm hoping that it works good without to much fear of burning up an atty since I'm notorious for doing that.

Everyone seems to like 510 atties, and I use 901 atties exclusively, I have a 901-510 adapter, and the 510 atties I have just sit and never get any use. Everything is personal preference.

I keep reading the same thing about the 510's, so I finally ordered an adapter to go from 901's to 510's and ordered a couple of 510 attys - I'll see soon enough what all the hype is about !

I should have read further up the thread to see this - it answered a question I had - good to know since I burn up attys like they're going out of style !
