Saw this and thought it could bring 6v to a PT.

Unperson... it wouldn't work because the amperage is only 400ma. This probably has a booster in it like a 3.7volt battery pack that charges 5volt electronics.

I have a 6 volt pass through that I made, but it runs off a power supply from and old Dell laptop and plugs into the wall... it is 6volt 2.5amps. To vape a 6volts with a standard Joye 510 (2.5ohms) you need 2.4amps.

LOL.. we posted at the same time :)

Isn't the output mA number too small? I thought it had to be a minimum of 1A for usb passthroughs to fire the attie.

It would have to be at least 1.5amp to "properly" fire the atty with just about any configuration I believe. Any amperage will fire the atty's coil but it won't work well at all unless the amperage can match the voltage wanted and ohms.

Get the Enercell 2A Wall Adapter from Radio Shack...you can get the USB plug option for another 6 bucks or so and you can select 3v, 5v, 6v, 7v, 7.5v =)

If you want to run anything over 5v with a 2.5 ohm atty (standard 510) then you need more then 2 amps to run anything higher then 5v so the other voltages are useless. If you got one that was 3a them you would be okay for 6v and probably 7v. I know for 6v at 2.5ohms you need 2.4amps.
