7 posts and still can't post anywhere but new members forum?

Hey,

Not that I couldn't get my questions answered here in the New members forum, but there are some topics I'd like to participate in, in the General vaping discussion area. So, I made my 5 posts in the new members forum over the past several days and this post now makes 7 and yet, I still can't reply to any of the topics in the general vaping discussion category.

Has the number changed? Do I need to make 10 posts or 20 posts in the new members forum before I'm allowed to participate in the other forum areas?

Sometimes it takes them a day or so to get caught up. If you can't do it pretty quickly, pm a moderator, maybe they can help.

Thanks, I just assumed that like on my own forums, that it's an automated affair and no intervention was needed on the part of a moderator or admin.

Even if its automated, there might be a problem. If it's not resolved shortly, see if a mod can at least check it out.

I think you may need to start 5 new posts in the new member section.

The site refreshes at 20 minutes after the hour. So even if you make 25 posts, you still have to wait until 20 minutes after the hour.
