That kit you mention has the rechargeable case, which I hear is good. But I'd recommend 2 batteries and 2 atomizers for your first kit + the eliquid of choice. I just ordered the platinum TITAN 510 as my second e-cig type. Smoke free since April!

Yeah that is what I am going to do, TOMMOROW my friends.

I just want to check them out since they are Florida based. I am on the east coast of Florida I bet shipping would only take 3-4 days.

I think that is wishful thinking unless you are so rich money is of no concern. And I believe I read one of your posts stating you have stocked up. So why would you suggest a new person not be concerned if you have stocked up???

People are under the impression that they will be banned tomorrow. It would be good to actually find out what you want before stocking up on something you may be disappointed with.

Just trying to ease some minds a bit. There's too much panic. The words "Ban" & "Customs" are causing a rash of rumors around here.

We've also discussed getting things in the event of a "ban". At this point in time, Other than atomizers, I feel we're OK. I'm using e-cigs now that are made from "off the shelf" parts that will never be affected in a ban. Attys are being worked on, as we speak.

Just trying to say that there *are* ways around a ban.

If I try it and like it, I will buy 6-12 months worth.

That is smart on your part, Kenny. Some long time members on this forum do not give good advice to new members. They seem to want the new vaper to go through all the problems and inconsistencies that they went through. They tell them to not worry about getting enough equipment/supplies and tell them that all models are equally good. That is a shame.

Hang in there and PM me or others if you want more specific advice.:)

I would like to know, in detail, what these "ways" around a ban are? If you are a vaper who isn't able to make an ecig in your garage or don't want to have one that looks different than a cigarette, then how do you get the batteries that wear out if they are banned??? And if you don't want to have a wire running from your mouth so you look like a silly lamp, a passthrough is not the answer.

And the three Chinese suppliers I have become friends with over the last year have told me they will not risk selling to America if there is an FDA ban. They have explained to me how business works with the Chinese government and the risk of going against the government is not like here in the US. You just don't do it. They also pointed out that with their business in Asia and Europe they really don't need our business.

So if you have some way around a ban, it would be helpful to tell us all instead of just saying there are ways around it. Thanks.

Hey guys,

Well it's another day, and all i can think about is how I want to switch how I obtain my nicotine.

I have a question, I am hearing people say the battery on the 501 lasts 2-3 hours. Do you mean, 2-3 hours of constantly hitting? I smoke my cigarettes in about 2-3 minutes tops, I straight up INHALE them to the bone. I do not see myself sitting and "vaping" for 20 minutes straight....that is a lot of TIME my friends and that is what I am TRYING TO GET BACK- MY TIME.....

Well, that and my lungs...and my sense of smell, and my clothes.

I am wondering, I went on Innovapor and they have a complete kit for 125 dollars. I really wonder if I need a PCC, because I am away from home 10-11 hours a day and don't want my PV to run out when I am working and have to go get a cigarette again.

My friends, I am from Florida- anybody from there order from a certain place...if so, direct me please

Thanks,
kenny D

Alright....I guess I will go with the start kit:
TECC-510 Titan Electronic Cigarette Starter Kit - Black Dual Atomiser Kits. Just $69.99

The kit comes with

2 x Black lithium batteries Blue LED (2 Manual)
2 x Black Atomizers
1 x Battery Charging unit.
1 x UK Charging lead.
10 x Atomised Cartridges (5 x 16mg, 2 x 11mg, 2 x 8mg, 1 x zero)
1 x UK user manual.

--------

Pretty steep price....but, it does have TWO e-cigs. I guess I will also try one of those e-juice's....maybe a 18mg of Menthol from them. Too bad they only have 30ml versions in stock. I guess I will have to bite the bullet.

So, total price is about 100 dollars. They are just a few hours from where I live.

How does this look guys? I'd hate to get the 30ml version, but Menthol is menthol and I love me some menthol. They are sold out of all the other sizes....

Any help is appreciated, I am ready

It all depends on how much you use the thing.

The actual useful life of a 510 battery charge can range anywhere from 45 minutes to all day.
And I am in the all day category, being that I only use it about 5 times per day.

I am probably only one out of 500 people that could get by on all day though.

I really wonder if I need a PCC, because I am away from home 10-11 hours a day and don't want my PV to run out when I am working and have to go get a cigarette again.
You MOST DEFINITELY need a PCC if you are out and about that much.

Well, unless you use it as infrequently as me.
Then maybe you can get by on bringing two charged batteries with you.

Hey guys.

Well, I started reading the "symptoms" thread, and I am a little put off by everything you guys have said. Put off, as in I don't think I am looking to get all of these so called side-effects. Migraine headaches? I haven't had one of those since I started smoking marijuana, now I never have headaches.....

I just smoked 5 "analog" cigarettes today and I feel great. I am not looking for the "cure all" to my cigarette addiction. I figure, if I could cut my smoking in half, I am benefiting. I think you are all forgetting, WE ARE ADDICTED TO NICOTINE. This product may be cutting down on your "filthy" habit of "smoking", but in reality, you are still a drug addict waiting to "vape all day" to get your fix.

Now, a disclaimer-- I am not bashing any of you. Obviously, if we are here, we ALL ARE ADDICTED TO NICOTINE. We are slaves to Big Tobacco, whether you vape or smoke it has you by the balls or in reality, YOU WOULD NOT BE HERE RIGHT NOW.

I can't justify spending 125 on a kit. So, I am going to buy the Cignot kit and try it out. Much more economical. I'd hate to waste 125 dollars for something I may not enjoy. I use a Silver Surfer Vaporizer (SSV) for marijuana vaporization and let me tell you, there is no healthier way to get lit.

So, I'm going to order the Cignot 35 dollar kit, and a thing of e-juice and see if I like it. I am seeing you guys talk about headaches, well when I smoke 4-5 cigs in a half hour I get a headache it is from nicotine saturation. With that being said, I just don't know which level I need. It is not economical to buy all these different kinds of liquid. I am not going to give up smoking completely, the way I see it if I can go from 1 pack a day to HALF a pack a day and vaporize, that's a start. Maybe do that for a few months and get used to vaporizing. I can quit on my own, I know I can, but I love to smoke. I love to smoke cigarettes, I love to smoke marijuana, it never bothers me. I love feeling like I'm chasing the dragon with the clouds of smoke billowing from me like I am on fire.

So, hope all goes well I am ordering as I type let's see if I can cut my habit in half....although I would be spending more on all these vaporizer products.....

A) You're thinking too much
B) You're worrying too much

The important thing is getting one.
Then whatever happens is what will happen.
:)

And I have not heard anyone say that they got any headaches.

I guess it's a good thing I don't know about the symptom thread.
Since I don't have any symptoms, I'm better off not knowing which ones I could have had.
