I'd recommend 24mg juice to start with. You can drop to 18mg and move down slowly as you progress. Don't worry if you still smoke here and there while vaping. I dropped from 2 PAD down to 6 cigs a day my first week vaping. One day, I decided not to buy another pack. Once you smoke less for a while and vape, the addictiveness of smoking drops to the point where you can just ditch the tobacco without adverse effects.

Lots of new members try to switch to vaping and quit cold turkey. The only way you can do that is to vape like a stovepipe when you feel the urge to smoke. IMO, it's much easier to have a cig or two with coffee in the morning and one after a meal, and maybe one before bed. Do that for 2 or three months and the addiction lessens. Your body begins to eliminate the addictive chemicals and the addiction loses its grasp that way. Then, you can drop them without the drama and just vape.

40 year 3 packs a day. Have not had a cig now for over a year. Now have a number of different setups, most of which work well. I have various vamos, vv3, and various twists. I have tried and used different tanks, the nautilus being my present favorite, with the original pro tank a close second. However an inexpensive tank that I still use on a daily basis is the smok tech aro, coupled with a twist of some sort is a very inexpensive way to start that gives an excellent vaping experience.:2c:
