the green is fairly dark. I agree it could have been more of a hunter green but its like a grass green

Sorry, I don't consider grass green to be dark. I've seen it and it is too bright. Maybe it's just me, but I prefer the jewel-tones. But hey, gotta have something for everyone and obviously some people like that shade.

Yes, all the other colors will come in 102mm. It's just like I said, the manual battery order was placed first, in all colors and lengths. THEN when I placed the order for more auto batts, and decided to add the pink and purple, I ordered pink and purple manuals with them, but forgot the 102mm length.

way far out, not even looked into as a possibility yet, then cost is the next consideration, and reading between the lines, seems like red brought it up the swirly color that just looks different from different angles, and leaford thought of a heat sensitive thing like a mood ring, maybe confusing the two, maybe thinking of two different colors....
yeah I was interested in the version that has the multi-color as light hits it from different angles. Not something that turns color based on heat. Maybe I should find someone that makes jewelry out of that metal and see if they can just fashion a tube/sleeve to put over a regular bat.
