Hey vets o'vape,I took a 2aa battery box from madvapes(prewired)and slipped 2 fresh charged 14500 750 mah batteries in and my voltmeter shows 8.4v-What I'm shooting for is a 14500 powered altoids box with incredible battery life.To me 6v is a little much-8.4 is way overkill,I vaped it a couple of times with a 5v terminator/regulator(looks like a 510 carto with 510 threads where the cap is on a carto) and it vapes great at 5v,but the terminator gets hot fairly quickly and it's pretty long with a atty on.
How do I go about getting from 8.4 to 3.7-4.5v out of 2 14500 batteries without overloading something important like batteries or buttons?Any suggestions?Vaped about 3 months-this is my first experiment with diy mods.:p

to get the same voltage with two batteries and longer life you will need the batteries to be wired in parallel.

Here is the first link I found with google...that might get you started in understanding the concept.

Connecting Batteries in Series or Parallel

you may also want to look around in the modder's sub-forum here on ECF
