So I've been browsing YouTube looking for ways to could different wire. I saw one that looks awesome but kind of intimidating. It's a .8 ribbon flat ....... coiled around 22g wire... What would the resistance be across something like that? And what kind of mod setup would work best with a coil like that?

Depending on how many wraps you use that's probably gonna be a very low resistance. It's a twisted wire so whatever the resistance of each of those coils would be separately would be halved. Also 22g wire is pretty big so you would need an atomiser with large post holes and even larger if you were going for a dual cool build (which would half the resistance again). Seeing as that's a lot of wire and putting that on an unregulated mod would be dangerously low (in my opinion) you would need a regulated mod that push out enough watts to heat up all that wire. Something like the ipv or Segelie 100 watt possibly. I only have one atomizer that could handle that and that would be the mutation x. I'm not really into the cloud chasing scene so that's as far as my expertise goes unfortunately.

be safeIf you're referring to making a "clapton" style coil, just using flat wound, any "Wrapped" style of wire like that is more or less going to ohm the same as a standard coil of the same inner gauge.
.8 is roughly the same resistance as 28g round kanthol

on about a 4mm thick silica wick with 5 wraps I get around .6 .7 ohms
Temco power sells ribbon and on their ribbon page is a chart that give equivlent round resistance to help with coil building estimates
