801 atomizer

so i have had my 801 about a week and one of atomizers is out just had a few questions. is there any thing i can do i have cleaned it every way i can other than boiling water. the atomizer gets just as hot as my other one just makes very very little to no vapor at all sorry for the n00b question searched but didnt find anything

It has likely died a premature death. It happens. See if it can be exchanged for another one.
