801 cart question

So the 801 carts have 'air tight' caps, however, I find that I have to pull the little rubber cap out of the larger plastic cap every time I want to put the cart back in the cap. Is there a better way to use the 801 cart caps?

Yup, the longer condoms that come on cartos. Other than that you will never get a tight fit.
