Pyramid Tea Bags and the 801

What is the best way to roll/fold/cut a Lipton Pyramid Tea bag to fit an 801 atomizer?

I can't seem to get it to work properly. No matter what I try, the tea bag ends up getting stuck to the atty bridge, so that when I pull out the cart to refill, the teabag is left behind in the atty. Big mess getting it out and back into the cart.

Can a PTB filler be made for the 801 in a better way so that this sticking to the atty doesn't happen?

I've been working with the PTB's and the Kissbox (801) style atomizer for a bit off and on.

I've tried several different methods, and really, they are all working fine with the exception of the material still holding several (6-8 drops) of liquid without wicking out.

A method that has worked well for me so far is to take a PTB cut down to a long rectangle shape. Roll it up, tightly at first, then looser as you get it rolled up, fold it in half and stuff it into the cart with the two "carpet rolls" in the wider part of the cart (the buldges on the sides). You'll notice it sticks up out of the top a touch, so pull it about 1mm out from the cart and cut it flush, then push it back into the cart. The top of the PTB rolls should be about 1mm below the rim of the cart, where they can gently touch the atomizer bridge and wick your liquid. I would suggest no more than 12 drops of liquid when filling the cart. You can make sure you don't have too much liquid by tilting the cart on its side and/or upside down, to see if any liquid begins to run towards the opening of the cart. If you get that, try and remove a drop or two of liquid.

The PTB's with the 801 take some practice. Too much liquid and you'll get liquid through the mouthpiece, or a flooded atomizer.

I am working on a 3 1/2 PTB fill for the 801, but am not overly impressed with it so far. The original issue I find with retention of liquid seems to be much worse with more of the material...

And, yeah... I'm really curious about what others may be doing to work around any problems with PTB sticking to atty's, and the PTB not releasing all the liquid.

I've been trying to use PTB with my BE112 (Same cart as 801). It seems to be too stiff and leaves channels open in the 'corners' of the cart. If I really pay attention and tip the e-cig up to hold juice in the cart then down a bit to let some out the vape is good. But in the longer term it just doesn't seem to be worth the trouble at all.

I am very interested if someone finds a way for it to work good consistently, but for now I'm going back to poly fill since by using just the right amount I have no problems. With the poly fill it's just a matter of getting the amount of fill just right for excellent results with minimum hassle.

I'm done with the PTB in my 801 Just doesn't work for me. Back to my tried and true method, poly and straw mod. Holds a ton of juice and mouth fulls of vapor.

Its the carts that need remodeling.
All these filler materials seem to work more or less OK.
The cart needs to be able to hold liquid without flooding the atty, and getting liquid into mouth.
I think that with these PVC carts, the secret is small amounts of liquid at a time.
I'm vaping and dripping 3 to 4 drops at a time, and that lasts for 20 or more good puffs.

By the way,
careful when blowing your atty's out.
I use toilet paper...
if you leave space between the atty and paper and blow hard...the liquid in the atty can bounce off ....got some in my eyes the other day.
Stings like hell...
