801 LR Problem

Ok I recently purchased an 801 LR atty and truth be told at first I was thinking what was with all the hype. Because the moment I tried it, the vapor was really little and I wasted a lot of juice because after about 3-4 puffs I get this burnt taste. So anyway I cleaned it 3 times using an ultrasonic cleaner. Now I am not getting any vapor. Please help me! I dont want to throw this one away.... YET.

I checked it on my ProVari and it goes from 2.2ohms - 2.3 ohms then back again to 2.2ohms. So what to do next?

It sounds like you're not giving it enough juice. I also vape 801LR and I put in 6-7 drops. I get plenty of vapor and flavor from them. I also vape 60PG/40VG mixes.

An 801 takes alot of juice just to prime it and then more every couple long vapes. I cut all mine down by 1 1/4" with a mini pipe cutter. If the vape is too cool, try that. All my attys are LR 1.5's

You could always try the 801LR Mini from IkenVape. I have a few and I love them! They're about half the size of a full 801 and 1.8Ohms.
