So I've finally decided to purchase the 901 as my first vp. All reasons aside and just looking at price.... the 801 only costs $2 more than the 901 spec'd exactly the same.

I've run a search of the site. Posts from a year ago say they are basically the same batt life and the 801 just has a larger cart (as expected).

So... is there any real difference that has come up in the past year?

Thanks!

:-x <-- I just like this one!

The 801 batt lasts longer then the 901 batt. I had a 901 for a long time and was very happy with it..it got me off analogs! I finally did move on as many members do from their first E-cig.
Some swear by the 901 and others love the 801 for the larger cart and longer lasting batt. 6 of one 1/2 a dozen of the other in my opinion.
I would suggest amanual though of either one. Auto's are nice but liquid will leak down into the batt from time to time and kill it. With a manual you don't have to worry..it's sealed.
I am sure others will give you their opinions by and by.

Welcome to the forum Kirby. I started with an njoy Npro and soon after bought my first 901. That was over a year ago and I'm still just using a 901. I feel like I know how this type works inside and out by now, it satisfies me, it looks nice, its way affordable and gives great flavor and vapor. I'm sure you would like it too! Oh, and one battery lasts me all day til I get home from work then I switch out with the one that's been on the charger all day.
