I have looked for an answer and can't find one. If this is a repeat question. I am sorry. My passthrough for my pen is acting weird. If I activate the the passthrough without an atomizer attached, It acts normally, with a proper cutoff time. If I connect it with an atomizer, it activates for about 1.5 seconds, then gives a bright flash on the passthrough, then quits. I have never seen this before. Any ideas?

Try A New Atom. That Way U Can Determine If The PT Has Juice in It or Is NG. Make Sure Your Cart In The Atom Is Wet, If Its Dry The Resistance is Shutting Off The PT. Try It.

This happened to me last night for the very first time after having my passthrough for a month. First I made sure to clean the inner thread of the atomizer, then I cleaned the outter thread of the passthrough even though I didn't notice any leakage. After that I gently blew into the passthrough and after five minutes it "miraculously" worked again. I don't know what it exactly was but it did the trick. I'd do that first and then try a new atomizer if it still doesn't work (because that way you cleaned the parts and you won't get the new atty's threads wet if it is in fact due to liquid)

Looks like it is working. I tried a different atomizer, same this, So I did a really good clean on all the threads and blew through the passthrough for a min or two and it is working a lot better. When I had me old atomizer I never had this prob, but they accepted carts. I cannot use carts with the atomizers, because the cart will not keep the atomizer wet enough and I get a horrid taste. Unfortunately I can only drip with these to get them to taste ok.
What??? Use The Carts & Keep Them Topped Off. The Horrid Taste is The Atom Burning Up From Not Enough Juice..
Don't Forget To Rinse Your Atoms & Carts Out With Warm Water & Let Dry Once In A While.
FYI: Standard PT's Are Not For Dripping, You Will Ruin The Switch.

The atomizers are weird. They have never been moistened by carts. I tried generic carts and even NJOY carts. I keep them topped off and, it's weird. After just a couple of minutes I get the nasty taste. When I pull out the cart, the atomizer has compacted the wick. So I tried what another person said and cut the top part of the wick off so it does not get compacted, Same problem. I have been vaping for 6 months not and these atomizers are the only ones that perform like this.

Mine is also acting up...it'll blink when I plug it in, but then nothing will make it work. It won't do a thing when attached to an atomizer, and also nothing on it's own when you try sucking on the thing like you can with a battery if the switch is stuck.
