I have a standard length 808 from V4L. When I put it on my usb charger this morning, it began blinking 15 times about every ten seconds or so. Does this mean something? Thanks in advance?

is the CHARGER blinking or the batt? if the charger is blinking, it means it's near fully charged - if it's the batt blinking - hmm... no clue except it sounds like a problem?
The only good thing about buying from a mall kiosk. I had the same thing happen and apparently it was a sign of impending doom. I had a bad carto that ended up frying the battery. Once the battery was fried, any carto that touched it would fry and battery, and so on and so on. The kiosk guy went through a few of each before he realized the extent.
Careful with that battery. I have no idea what that pattern actually means, but for me it wasn't good!
