Possible Charger Issue

So I just got my M401 kit today, has the USB charger with the standard wall adapter for it.

I connected the USB to the wall adapter and put on a battery for its initial charge.

What im seeing is the LED on the USB charger flash from red to green about every 10 seconds.

Is this normal?

The battery could already have a partial charge. Mine starts red, then alternates from red to green, and when fully charged gives a solid green.

Mine does the same thing. I'm glad to see that this is normal. I've got the VX2.

I've also found that with this type of charger it's best to connect the ecig battery to the fully put together assembly and then plug it into the wall. Otherwise it will incorrectly indicate that a dead battery is fully charged.
