808 Mega carto threads?

I recieved my IKV MEGA KR-808 Cartomizer STD Black 3.0Ω yesterday in both black and stainless, and it seems that the threads on all of the black ones are just way too tight. The stainless ones thread right on nice and smooth just like any other 808 cart I've used, But all 5 of the black ones are crazy tight. Anyone else had any issues?

I ordered some last week and I've used five and all fit fine... that's strange.

That's wierd because they're the same carto except one has paper on it and the other one don't. I've not had that issue but all these carto threads from all the manufacturers are molded and not cut threads..
