I had been using the Taryn Spin and the CCF Method to fill cartos and was starting to bid on centrifuges on ebay when I remembered I use a lot of Lego Mindstorms with my students. So, I put together a little centrifuge that works great. It holds two cartos at a time and I often put only one in when topping off. I rinse the cartos, blow them out. Then put them in the centrifuge battery end out on a paper towel and spin for about 10 seconds and place them to dry in front of the space heater. Then put the battery plug and cap in, drop in about 15 drops, spin for 5 seconds, roll and drop in another 5 to 10 drops depending on the liquid and spin for about 10 seconds. Roll and they're done.

The picture shows the centrifuge sitting on an RCX 1.0 Brick. It is possible to just hook up a battery to the motor, but I used the Brick (computer brain) since I have a couple lying around.
