I've heard of people keeping tons of atomizers on hand since they seem to finicky. From reading I've heard of them lasting anywhere from a few weeks to a few months. I just recently placed an order with Absoloutely Ecigs. If anyone wants or needs the url I can post it after this since this is my 15th post ... YEAH ME :D

I emailed them and asked about their warranty on parts. Here is the reply:

Thank you for your email. We have just revamped our warranty to be reannounced on our new website soon.

It is now 90days. We will require you to send us back the faulty parts for replacements. However, most of the time, if it is nothing major or out of the ordinary, we will replace in your next purchase without requiring you to send us back. This covers battery, atomisers and chargers. Consumables such as cartridges and liquid are not included.

Just thought I'd pass the information on to the community since I have yet to hear of a company giving a 90 day warranty on things like atomizers. Maybe it might save someone some money :D

Stike, think about it: Say you pay $150 for an SE ecig in the mall. Even if they honor your warranty and are still around for the year, every time your atomizer fails you have to go get another, and who knows how much trouble you might have getting them to honor it if you have a whole string of failures.

Contrast that with $30 for a great penstyle from Best ecig, for example. Then at the same time, you spend some of that $100 you saved (would be $120 but I'm deducting for shipping), and add some atomizers to your order. Five for $30, so you get 15 of them. You still have enough money left for 20 ml liquid, or if you want to go $5 over, 35 ml of liquid. How long do you think you can make those 15 atomizers last? And no begging if any die, no waiting to get your replacement, at all.

Which sounds like the better deal?

Alanae,

You are getting a good deal, even without the warranty. Bestecig and absolutelyecigs are different as both charge differently for shipping. Bestecig might look cheaper but shipping charges are high and they charge by weight, which is probably $20ish for first 0.5kg and about $7ish for every 500grams after that. Absolutelyecigs charges $15 no matter how much you buy. Both also sells different models. I am personally a bigger fan of Absolutely ecigs.

Don't bother sending the atomiser back. Not worth your time and money. If they offer to replace a new one in your next order, take it!

Fedor, I was just using Best as an example, mainly because I'm a penstyle user, and I associate Absolutely more with M401/402s. But my reasoning applies equally to them (and equally against a place like Vaporcig, LOL)!

I hope you don't think i was trying to contradict you or anything like that. Not at all, yvilla. We've always seen eye to eye on this matter from what i can see.

Just trying to offer Alanae some info on the key differences between those two chinese suppliers.

I totally agree with your reasoning but these places are too many and are only increasing by the numbers. Its a losing battle, i'm afraid. Just vape on, i guess and count our blessings...
