1st Class shipping to China is about $3 for a small mailer

Also, with the long warranty from these China vendors, you can set aside any bad atties from during that time period and send them back all at once near the end of it. That may also save $$ over shipping them individually, if you bought in large quantity anyway.

it think Ikenvape has the right idea. He has a 14 day warranty on atomizers. This is a reasonable time period. Anybody should expect a 11.00 atomizer should at least last 14 days. I bought 5 XHV atomizers from him and 2 went bad within 2 days. He sent me out replacement immediately (before I returned them).

This is the kind of service I expect and prefer.

Those sites that offer 6 month to a year on an atomizer is going a little overboard. How many atomizers last this long.

I hear ya that it seems almost bizarre, but actually, they themselves get that length of warranty or longer from the manufacturer, so they are just passing it along; which is of course a good thing. Far be it from me anyway, to turn down an opportunity to, theoretically, send back even atties that kicked it at 5 months for new ones! (Tho I may well not do so, and wouldn't be surprised if they wisely factor that common tendency into the policy decision.) And doing that very thing has been discussed at the vendor's own forums, Health Cabin's anyway, so it's not pulling the wool over their eyes or anything.

(On a side note, as with any vendor's products/transactions, even the most popular, there will always be a few previous customers who report that the remedies advertised didn't work out for them; but I have seen many ppl report that this long-lived warranty one has, when getting atties replaced.)

But I don't mean that I'd expect all suppliers to be able to match that or even come very close. And I also definitely understand preferring to support and give one's business to particular favorite distributors. Just saying I wouldn't pass on (or automatically dismiss the validity of) a 6-month warranty strictly because it seemed "overboard."

Take caution when ordering from some suppliers. This is what I found.

NAHLER

Return Policy
There are no returns or refunds accepted once payment has been completed. There is only a 14 day warranty on all warrantied parts from the time of order being placed. There is no warranty on atomizers. All warranty parts must be returned to NHaler before a new replacement will be shipped. If you experience faults with your product after the 14 day warranty has expired, please contact NHaler directly to assess the situation and discuss a reasonable solution.

TOTALLY WICKED USA
Guarantee

We normally offer a 28 day warranty on the our Electric Cigarette atomizing units. However on our Multi-Packs each atomizer works out at less than $8 Each . Therefore we offer no warranty on this item. The atomizers though are exactly the same as the single units we sell.
Many users of Electronic Cigarettes also purchase 'spare' Atomizers and batteries prior to completing their purchases at Checkout.
Totally Wicked USA

IKENVAPE- 14 day warranty on all atomizer. He does not wait for return of the defective atomizers but goes ahead and mails them to you.

Just be careful of those suppliers that do not offer warranties or return of products.

A majority does offer warranties on atomizers. These are the ones you need to be ordering from.

I think Totally Wicked has the longest warranty on atomizers. I know they are high but it may well be worth it with their warranty.

A company is only as good as the products they back (if they don't offer any warranty or returns they don't back their products)

The last I checked I was voted the #1 Supplier of the year at the Vapy awards and was 2nd or 3rd in the top three categories...
I also was 15 votes above my closest competitor in this thread...

I didnt get thier by scamming people with bad warranties...
This post isn't fair or sensible...If I charged $15 dollars for atomizers I would warranty them...With the 10% code you can buy 2 attys from my site and have a replacement ready...Im talking about Joye Tech regular attys...
The reason I dont warranty HV attys is because they are fragile...I dont make them myself and I dont watch HOW people use them...
There are too many Mods and too many users to break them....How do I know??? Because I have blown many myself and still do...I have also replaced 100s of attys and batteries for people that have had problems and addressed them with me......The price of returning them to China isnt worth it...

I sell them because my customers asked me nicely to get them...
I sell LR attys because of the demand and I said upfront that they would not be warranteed...

Martha you sent an email and asked about the warranty BEFORE you even purchased the attys from me???

I dont know what to say other than, Im embarassed that I would have to comment....

Sorry about the complaint. I sent the email after I ordered. Ikenvape had them for 10.99 with a 14 day warranty. I ordered 5 HV atomizers from him and all went bad within a couple of days. He said he had gotten some bad ones from china and gave me a $54.95 credit before I even sent them back to him. He is going to send them back as soon as he has most of them. I assume you get your atomizers from the same place, China. He took them off of his website after this. I ordered from you and then questioned whether they had a warranty.

I certainly can understand about atomizers. Some last a day and some last months. This is just a lot to pay when one goes bad within a day especially if it is a HV since you would think these would last longer.

I would not expect a company to offer warranties on atomizers but it is certainly an added benefit when they do.

I have ordered from Nhaler previously and have always received excellent service and will continue to order.

I placed my last order on 4.9 Friday and I received it in a nice metal container on Monday. I have never received an order that fast.

I commend you on your excellent service. I just wanted members of the forum to at least check out warranties available including the price.

I certainly did not mean to offend you or attack your business.
