901 + KR808 inconsistencies

I had always heard that 901 attys are compatible with KR808D-1 batts, which is mostly true right now for me. However, I can't explain this. I have 4 KR808D-1 batteries. Two straight from Kanger purchased from litecig, and two from another popular supplier. The 901 atty works on the batteries from the other place and not from the ones at litecig. What gives? Is there any way I can fix this?

I'm not asking for a refund/replacement or anything like that either, because I still have a use for all hardware regardless.

hmmm let me look into it, the kr batteries i sell are true kanger. i cant vouch for the other supplier. i will check later on today an see, but i have never had an issue personally with that combination.

It's the 901 LR atty with a Kanger KR808D-1 XL battery that I just bought from you.

well i tried 2 different atomizers and 2 different 808 batteries and they worked just fine for me. they were manual batteries though. not sure why they arent working for you, but i guess ina ll reality they werent designed for each other, and compatibility could be hit or miss even though the threading is the same for all purposes.
