901 manual battery / adapter

who has manual 901 batteries and adapters in stock that I don't have to buy in bulk or spend $10+ on shipping? Oh and who can still accept payments since this whole paypal nonsense. Anyone?

The adapter is just an extension for the charger. On some chargers, the button on the battery won't get past the slot for the connection. And those buttons are VERY FRAGILE, even if used properly. They stick, the rubber part of the button has to be nudged back in place often, and you lose an air hole somewhere. They do not perform as well as the old automatic bats. I wasn't too happy with the new manual bats.

Ruran direct can ship airmail to CA 7.00, possibly cheaper. Test the check out to see the actual shipping charge--do noy choose EMS. Takes 8-10 days air mail, at least for me.

Just discovered that you can charge without thre adapter if you have a 510 Charger.

You just have to secure it with a rubber band to keep the connection.

510 bat has a female end--901 is male. how did you do that again? I have two manual 901 batts, and only one adapter, but a spare 501 charger. I have too much stuff! Wait, can never have too much stuff!

Just got a thick rubber band positioned the batt where the connection end was touching the charger connection, then wrapped the band around the charger casing to the LED end of the batt to hold it in charge position. And It Worked

Get mine in usually 4-5 days, never more than 5 EMS style. ;-)
