Hi mcholl welcome to the forum.

I'm a newbie here too, but to me that price does seem pretty good for a basic starter kit and would get you going for a low price. I can't vouch for that particular selller but i'm sure someone here will know them.

I ordered the ultimate 901 starter kit from katy S at www.thesmokelessshop.com only because i had gotten a gift card for xmas and her kit came with a lot of the extras that i was going to need anyway.

If you have the same experience as i have then you will be wanting to order more stuff pretty soon :D.

Hi..
New to this, have been lurking for a while
Want to try an e-gig, and found this on ebay
Auction #250345294233
Any one have any input on this one??
Yhanks

Welcome mcholl.
I would just like to second the www.thesmokelessshop.com with KatyS. She has the deluxe 901b starter kit. Not only that she has OUTSTANDING customer service. I would advise purchasing extra batteries and atomizers if not at the first purchase a few weeks down the road.
I hope that helps.
Good Luck and Happy Vapping. :)

welcome to the forum mcholl -

i didn't check out the auction that you mentioned but i would highly recommend buying from a supplier listed on the forum. I, too, purchased the Ultimate Starter kit from Katy and I couldn't have been happier. Her kit supplies everything you need to start out...with some great extras at a great price.

Although the price may be cheap on ebay you run the risk of getting a faulty ecig and not having a way to replace it. Most of the suppliers on here have great customer service and make sure that their products will not arrive DOA and will replace anything that breaks down within a reasonable amount of time.

Good Luck with the decision making process.

Do not buy from this seller, is not customer friendly ("bans" customers for RMA), possibly more worse practices.

Yep she sure does, i was emailing back and forth with her last week. Had a lot of questions, she answered them all quickly. I placed my order late Thursday, it was paid for by noon Friday. She would of mailed it that day she had a snowstorm going through so she mailed it on Saturday. I had it Tuesday !!

I've seen a lot of good feedback about www.puresmoker.com too, so i will place an order with them soon for some riskee juice and maybe even some cola.

Taelon ... well done checking the feedback .... i didn't think about doing that.

You've done two weeks already .... awesome, i've done maybe 12 hours before and caved.
Hope you get a good one, do let us know how it all works out for ya.

Just checked that listing again, with only 5 carts you'll probably go through them in the first 2 days. But at least you'll get an idea if you like the ecig option.

Hi Mcholl, welcome to the forum.

Pen (DSE801, RN4072, etc...): 7-10 cigs worth (up to about 100 puffs)
eCigar: 10-12 cigs worth (up to about 120-130 puffs)

You made a mistake. Hope others don't repeat it. DO NOT BUY FROM EBAY. With these unreliable, flawed devices, customer service is of critical importance. You will get that from KatyS or Puresmoker. On eBay, you are dealing, too often, with quick-buck, fly-by-night, get-rich people who sell and split. You want a seller who stands behind a product's guarantee, a seller who will be there for you when tomorrow's troubles inevitably come.

I hope it works out for you. I also hope other newbies don't make the same mistake. Tally up your "shipping cost" and see how much you "saved" with eBay.

I was wondering myself how long the carts would last...
was thinking of ordering some juice
i used to roll my own smokes, so maybe something with a good hit?
any suggestions??

I purchased the Johnsons Creek sample pack. I wanted to try several flavors without having to buy big bottles. I really like their vanilla ice cream, the smooth hickory, and the tennessee cured. But definately get some juices (from whoever) to top off your carts and even refill them.

Why not? VASCO hardware-key access and more protected High-Security mainframe instead of giving creditcard # to some lousy setup and insecure webshops on crapwebhosters without proper WHOIS records(only IT-Professionals or advanced users can check for trustworthy) and PayPal buyer protection

And You're attacking some British sellers here which are selling also on Ebay or Hood without any reason and evidence. Only some Chinese Toysellers like dealextreme.com sell the "Health" Toys.
