905 Base -- does madvapes carry?

have a 905 that goes into blink mode and will not work. However, when i use a different base (lower half) it works fine. So my questions are

1 where to buy a new base
2. is there a way to clean or scrape the base for a better connection (or some other trick I can try)

The base cap is press fitted and sometimes if you pop them out you can put some thin solder around it and press it back in and it will make a better connection. But if that doesn;t fly. I'll see if we can put up some spare black and chrome ones that we have here.

Yep, 905s have some troubles, but then again they are damn cheap compared to anything offered at any other vendor. Best to wait till more come in and if your screwed, get a 901 kit for the gap.
