I tried to use an kr808d-1 atomizer on my 905 but it had no air flow. So I took a kr808d-1 atomizer apart and put in the 501 mod fitting that I got from mad vapes it fit real snug in the 808 cartomizer. I had to press it in with a vece. I soldered a wire from the center of the 808 to the center of the 501 mod fitting. Now I put my 501 to 808 adapter in and it vapes like a champ plus it looks like it belongs there. I can also remove the 510 to 808 adapter and use a 510. so now I have three choices with my 905.
