Has anyone tried this? I just ordered an adapter for my recently purchased 905. This is my first shot at dripping and I like it a lot, but V4L will always be my "out the door/on the road" choice.
905 with V4L Carts?

I dont have a 905 but I want to get a adapter so my son can use his tornado with my cartos. He doesnt like all the fuss that comes with the 510 so he doesnt vape much. I think he would like the cartos much better.
I have a 905 with the adapter. I like it with the cartomizers, but the draw is too easy for me. I had to break off tooth picks in a couple of the holes. The draw is better now, but it kind of whistles. The vapor, TH, flavor are no better than the V4L batteries, but the xtra battery life is good.
is a 901 and a 905 the same ? If so I kinda have perhaps the same question i'd like to use a V4L cartomizer on a 901 battery I found in pink with a pink led...sorry I did not answer your question though.....maybe we want to know the same?
I have a DSE905 V3 (the one with the blue led). Anyways, I thinks it just "OK" with cartomizers. I needed to get a 901 to 510 adapter + a 510 to a 808 adapter. I closed all the holes on both adapter since the draw was way too light. That improved the vapor production a little. But there is hardly any taste or flavor.
The 905 is voltage regulated at 3.7volts. Under load it's about 3.5-3.6 volts which is not enough in my opinion. I bone my 905 to fit 2 x CR2 batteries and the vaping is like night and day. 5 volts is the perfect voltage for vaping.
Now, if you had a 5 volt mod.. then cartomizers are a dream. Cartomizers with my Prodigy V2 = awesome.
By the way if anybody is looking on buying a spanking brand new 905, PM me. I received it as a replacement from Health-cabin since the original one broke.
