Yes, insignificant. But, the difference is 0.2% ... and that's probably within the tolerance level of labeling, right?
My Humco glycerin states 99.5%. The other <1% is probably water(?). I would bet a small sum that the 99.9% claim is questionable, unless a hefty premium is paid for that outstanding purity.
