Hiya all!

Been smoking for 40 years and couldn't quit. Seriously... didn't want to either! 2 packs a day, OMG. Finally the stink and the gunk all over everything got to be more than even I could stand. My lungs weren't too happy either. My husband is also a 2 pack a day smoker. Between the two of us we have probably been stinking up the entire neighborhood.

Started with the DSE801 (black) about a week ago and I'm real happy with it. I'm even happier I found this Forum! There is definitely a learning curve geting used to e-cigs and I was not doing too well in the beginning. Even with enough e-liquid sometimes it wouldn't draw unless I blew air into the atomizer from the battery side. Then great vapor and then slowly hardly any. <repeat> Still wonder why it does that when the cart is moist. A drop or two of juice into the atty seems to fix it though. Next I will need to learn how to properly clean the atomizers. Getting the hang of it slowly by reading through the posts here. A big THANKS to everyone here.

Just received my white DSE801 (I like white) I ordered from Heaven Gifts today. It only took 6 days to get here. I'm impressed both with their prices and their service. Ordered manual batts for this unit. Have found I have better luck getting good vapor if I drip.

Gave the black DSE801 to husband then had to take it back because I remembered I have to charge the batts for the new one. He was not happy. We only started with one and I was to be the guinea pig. Oh heck, he'll get it back tonight...

While getting used to vaping I have smoked 1 pack of cigarettes in the last 8 days. Today I have had none... and I don't want one either. Amazing! My husband has noticed I hardly cough anymore. What more could I ask for?

A very happy camper!

I quit smoking with an 801-style device so I have a fondness for this model. Do not bother cleaning your atomizer as it will likely not extend it's life. Blow out the atomizer every evening and turn it upside down to drain each night and you should be fine. Make sure to have several spare atomizers on hand as they can croak without notice.

When vapor production sems to diminish, drip a few drops of e-liquid on the cartridge stuffing and continue vaping. Sometimes when you first start vaping you vape ALOT. This can quickly dry out the cartridge stuffing so you will likely find yourself re-wetting the stuffing fairly often. All of this is normal. Keep at it and leave the analogs behind. Best of luck!
