Hi besidog and welcome to the forum,
You have a son who is very committed to seeing you transition to vaping! As you have already been trying his 510, how do you find it? Do you have an idea of what flavors you like? Have you been using juice with nicotine, and if so what strength is seeming to work best for you? As your son is one of the few non smoker vapers he won't really be able to guide you in your choices, so your experiences with his are important to get you setup with something that will work out for you.
Thanks for signing up! I just want to confirm that you have read the first post in this thread and understand regarding the pay-it-forward aspect of this offer. The intention here is to help people get started with vaping, hopefully help them transition from analogues, and then have them spread the gift!

hey steve, im curious, is this offer still running? my gf is considering making the swap now that im off analogs and she has nobody to bum with, with the economy the way it is, my funds are too tight supporting the family to get a whole nother kit. let me know!
well, i was told to post here anyways, been smoking about 10 years, and my bf (scubasteve25) started the ecig thing about a month ago. i use his sometimes, when hes willing to let it out of his own hands =( i wanna get one, but with me being unemployed, and money being so tight we just cant afford the kit, i would be glad to take part in this, steve spends a lot of time in the PIF threads helping others, and im sure by the time its my time to PIf to another smoker, i will have a job and the means to help someone else out. thanks a ton if you let me be a part of this
yeah =( sucks being in this town, pretty much everyone here is military, or military brats that are stuck here lol. BF used to have a blu kit, but at the time i wasn't interested, so he did a PIF to someone else. i was "skeptical" now hes been analog free for a month and im a believer... lol

Indeed I have heard a lot of information about these from him! After trying his one, I find it very realistic infact. Unfortunately, he does not have any tobacco flavourings so i have not tried that yet, i think that would help me cut back a lot. I smoked a pack of cigarettes every day, but have halved that to 10 per day in just over a week.. the big problem at the moment is the battery life, because i smoke a lot i want to use the e cigarette a lot but its always on charge!
My son has told me this is all so different on the Ego, apparently the battery life is one of the best.
so onto the next question, the flavours: i would like to try a tobacco flavour, but am also loving menthol and have just tried a caramel cream which is surprisingly nice, sweet and savoury is something i didn't think i'd like, but I actually do.
as for nicotine, my son makes me small bottles of liquid after I bought a big bottle of 60 mg nicotine. He says he takes it down to 25 mg which seems to satisfy me fine - the battery just doesnt last long enough
regarding the "pay it forward", he told me to read the main post of this thread and we are going to go equals on sending out a kit or two to other people in a month or so.
I really hope these can get me completely off cigarettes once and for all.

If the batter life is the issue, have you considered a pass-thru usb? I used it at home on a system, and the cost to resolve you're issue that way is about half of what steve is offereing.
If you are interested in this as an option I might be willing to place that order for you say in the next 1/2 hr? I would like the same basic terms though.. A commitment to pay it forward w/in 6 months etc?

Hi Steve...just wanted to let you know that both my boys, CalicoPost and Mr.Softball both have recieved their eGo packages....Mr.Softball's wifey has his charging up so it will be ready for him when he gets home from work. CalicoPost had the PO slip in his mailbox yesterday, and unfortunately wasn't able to pick it up at the PO today, they closed at noon. I'm sure you'll be hearing from them soon....
The cool thing about your PIF is that the PVs that I loaned to these guys will be sent forward to other friends that are considering the change to vaping and will also give them a chance to save up to purchase their own.

I want to thank you for your assistance with this amazing little machine. I have not smoked any cigarettes in 7 DAYS! I went to a pack a day habit, down to 5 then 2 and now NONE! I borrowed an old one from my reffering friend and thats where I started. Now that I have my own there is no looking back. My wife has been skeptical about the ecig, but now, she is liking it. she tried the 555 and has a taste for nutty flavors. i am excited to pay it forward and buy one for my wife/ Thank you again, SO much.
