As an ambassador of vaping, I'm always trying to think of new ways to spread the word. So here's a couple ideas I had...

1) Business cards for this forum: I thought it might be cool if one of the Powers That Be at this forum could make up a business card for this forum... to save money, they could just make up a print-friendly page with the cards laid out on an 8.5 x 11 with cross-hairs for easy cutting... that way, the "ambassador" can decide how many cards (okay, slips of paper) they want to give out.

Hey, I'm willing to talk as long as possible to at least get people to try it, but sometimes I need to just slide someone a card and tell them to look up the info on their own time. This idea would cost this forum nothing but some time, and would really help spread the word.

2) DonDaBoomVape's tutorial: For the occasional, non-computer-owning smoker I run across (or those "between" computers), I would like to have a more print-friendly version of his very informative, 6-part guide... I'm thinking we could cut out all the link pics... see how many pages we got, and go from there... if we could get it down to 20 or so pages, I'd be happy to print a couple of copies off for these potential converts... of course, all this would have to be with Dons' blessing...

3) Kill Counter Thread: I thought it just might be fun to start a thread where we can list our confirmed conversions... each person would have one post that they would edit to update... that way you wouldn't get a long string of posts by just a couple of members... each post would just get fatter as time goes on and we convert more of the masses...;)

So, what do you ya'll think?

heck another idea for those that choice to make it on there own time is a single video or series that can be loaded onto a cd or dvd and then played in any cd or dvd player that can convey all the basics and info we can and choice to load on it. then save master files if you will for download and burning by each person. like a Dummies guide to e-cigs in each form

Mini cd
cd 750 mb max
dvd all depends on the layer
heck even a big dog blue ray.

then make a single Iso for each type hosted some where for the members to burn and use as well.

Hear, hear! I'm tired of scribbling links to ECF (and to my own opus;)) on a scrap of paper.

First, I am flattered! I indicated above that I push that thing into other people's faces, but for someone else to? That's neat!

Two concerns, however:
1. DaBoomVape is not the only one who would need to bless this. That guide was produced with the tremendous support of Smokey Joe and the moderators. Even more, 90% of the content consists of the wit, wisdom, photos, and videos of others, most of whom are ECF members.

2. I am reluctant to have this thing published in another form, prior to seeing if my literary agent can interest a book or e-book publisher in it. [Even if sucessful, I shudder to think of all the permissions we would need to obtain.8-o]
Link to it with my hearty blessing, e.g., www.tinyurl.com/vapingguide.

Thanks again, Karl! [I like your brand of heresy.:)]

Well now, I didn't realize you were shopping this thing... good luck! Of course, if you made it a non-profit enterprise to benefit the ECF, it might be easier to get all of those permissions you'd need to publish... ;)
