A couple of ordering question from a Noob

I just made my first order and had a couple of questions.

1) Under my account it says my payment has been processed through paypal but everything i ordered is still in my shopping cart. Is this normal?

2) After I made the paypal payment and was going to be redirected to eastmall.net it loaded to a blank white page with eastmall.net in the address bar. Normal?

3) I made my order under my account on eastmall.net but i paid with my mothers paypal account since a majority of the shipment will be her starter kit and i'm just getting some fluid. I did put my shipping address down on my account but since it was paid with her paypal who will the shipment be shipped to?

Thanks for the help. I am kinda cautious about ordering something from china but everyone here has had such great feedback and the prices are right on that i just couldn't resist. Thanks again guys you have been great!!

BTW we ordered 2 901 starter kits (red), 3packs of carts, 2 attys, and 10 bottles(+5 free ones :thumb:). we got menthol, RY4, peach, orange, clove, spearmint,mango, black tea, french pipe. omg i cant wait!!

1. Yes, it is normal, give it a bit and you will get an email saying it is processing and it will no longer be in the shopping cart.

2. Yes, normal again, happens to me every time. Something goofs, freaks me out every time.

3. I don't know if it would be shipped to her or you. I would imagine it would be shipped to the address on your eastmall account, but only David can answer that.

Excellent thanks for the info. I actually just received an e-mail about the order and i replied about the shipping/billing address issue and if he had any problems to just let me know.

I'm not to worried about who it gets shipped to as long as we receive the shipment. I'm probably going to burn out an atty or two just trying all the different flavors. LOL Thanks again, Will

Thanks for the replies. I'm pretty amazed about how fast i'm receiving responses from eastmall (and you guys). I definitely feel like a valued customer.

I did however have another problem. I made another post about giving away the referral points since i'm a new customer. I entered in the e-mail address but he/she hasn't received the points in their account yet. Is their a pending time involved? Im wondering if the points can still be transferred even though the checkout has already been completed?

My first experience with eastmall has been GREAT! I've read posts from those that ordered from other China suppliers and got the bubblewrap blob. I didn't know what to expect. However, eastmall does know where to find a cardboard box! Also, seeing actual chinese handwriting on one side of the shipping label, as well as english on the other was pretty cool. How do they write like that? Is everyone an artist?

Amazing.
