I recently ordered a buzz. I got it yesterday and I love it. I do have a couple of quick questions:

1. I know 3.7v cr123a batteries are recommended for the buzz. I also have some 3.2v cr123a batteries that I have been using with another mod. Is there any reason these should not be used in the buzz? If so, why?

2. I imagine that at some point my buzz might need servicing. Is that a service notcigs provides?

Those are my questions thus far. I am pretty impressed with this mod. I can't see using anything but a vv in the future. Cheers.

Hi Drum ! You can use the 3.2 volt batts they will not last as long per charge however AND the MAX voltage you can dial in will be lower .

We provide full service for all of our products , you have a 6 month warranty on the Buzz as well .

Thanks for the quick response. I figured I could use up my old batts, but I wanted to make sure. I am glad to know that if I run into some trouble down the road I can send my buzz in for service. I can't imagine I will have any problems anytime soon, but if I use this nearly as much as I plan, something will eventually wear out. Thanks again. I am very happy with my buzz. Cheers.

I've had my Buzz for awhile...and I am retired........and I vape from about 7:30am-around 1am. Oh, and ride a Harley, and my Buzz is on a lanyard around my neck. It gets used big time and all the time and it always does what it's designed to do.
I have no need of anything else for a PV.

I've had a Buzz for a yr. and I have it in the shop all the time. I've had to dig it out of the sawdust pile more than once, I've dropped it, accidentally threw it, and done just all manner of mayhem to it and it has never once not fired when I pushed the button unless the batteries were dead. Here is what Lexi60 had to say about his Buzz in this thread http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/notcigs/156281-buzz-durable.html
: Buzz is durable
Just giving some props the the Buzz.
At work today, Put the Buzz in my shirt pocket that apparently had a hole in it..
25 feet to the cement. hear a clank then like a psssss sound.
( )<----insert cuss words here.
Dead! not damaged though, just dead.
Get home after work. havent stoped the four letter words.
Put 2 bran new batts in for the heck of it.
It works!!! Some how it just killed 2 batts.
Just a kudos on a well built and durable unit!

I like how the buzz is mostly mechanical. There is little to fail. I'm glad there is no digital display (one more thing to fail). I don't question the physical integrity of the buzz, it seems extremely solid. I assume I will have a long wonderful time spent with it. It is nice to know when or if something fails it can be serviced. Every button and led light has a lifespan. If everything I read and my initial impressions of quality are any indication, these lifespans will be long and enjoyable. Cheers.
