I just started using my Joye 510 starter kit from cignot.com this past weekend and have really enjoyed it. I have a couple of questions that I'm hoping to get some help with. First, I bought a small bottle of liquid that is to be used to refill the cartridges, but I have no idea how many drops to put in or if something needs to be cleaned/removed/replaced etc. I was also hoping to get a recommendation on a larger e-cig that I could use while at home that provides possibly more vapor and longer battery life than the 510. Size wouldn't be an issue since I wouldn't be taking it anywhere. Any help would greatly be appreciated!

Well, this is gonna be an easy one, I do most my buying through Cignot.com and ONLY have 510s laying around here.

How much liquid do you put in on? That's hard to say, it really depends upon what type of filler you are using. If you are using what came with the kit, you would fill it up until the top of filler shows a liquid.

How do you do that by dripping. Well, I don't, I use an eye dropper. It is a short but skinny eyedropper. I shove it down the side of the cartridge (as far as I can get it) and start squeezing the juice out of the eyedropper.

What this does? It filles the cartridge from the bottom up--any trapped air is forced out of the cartridge--you get more juice into the cartridge that way.

(I use pyramid tea bag material)...it doesn't trap the liquid inside.

Do you need to clean/replace the filler? Not really. If it starts tasting bad or something, pull the filler out and run it under hot water--squash it many times like a spongue, then stuff it back inside the cartridge. (probably, within a week, you'll wind up having to replace the filler any way).

Bigger unit? I don't know, 510 and 901 are the two biggest I have. BUT, if you get a Little Chuck or a Protogy (I think I spelled that last one right)...the batteries are reported to last all day. A place called Vapor King sells 'mega' batteries for the 510.

Somebody else will tell you about the 'bigger' models.

Just drop the liquid into the cart until it looks wet but not pooling on the top. You will only need to wash it when it starts tasting off or you're changing flavors. Remove the filler, rinse under warm water, let dry, reinsert filler into cart and you're ready to fill it up and vape. Replace the filler when it loses it's ability to retain it's shape.

Get a big battery mod, Chuck, Silver Bullet, Screwdriver etc for longer battery life.

Just plug the model you're searching for in the "Search" function box to find the suppliers for the above models,

You put as much juice in as the filler material in the cartridge will hold without pooling at the top of the filler material. The number of drops it can hold will depend on how big your cartridge is, which depends on your model. It also depends on how big the drops are, which depends on the dropper being used.

For me, a 510 holds about 16 drops.

The problem is, if you are just putting drops right on top of the filler material that comes with the cartridge, it isn't going to sink to the bottom without a little help. You can use a syringe, the straw modification, or you can use a toothpick or paper clip to push the filler aside a little bit so that it can breath while you are putting in the drops.

Some people use a needle tipped dropper bottle.

And I have found that if you replace the stock filler material with blue foam, you can actually put the drops right in if you tilt the cartridge to the side while doing so, but that is probably a bit more than you want to bite off and chew right now.

There are people who totally love TW and theres people that Hate them. no joke. I have never used them. do some research around the forum, theres lot of threads

I'll give them a try. I just ordered one of the mega batteries and one of the atomizers. Thanks for the advice!

Does anyone sell some sort of kit that I can keep all of these small parts in? It doesn't have to charge them, just hold them.
