First of all just like to say I've been using e cigs for about a month now and absolutely love them. Since the first day using them I have quit analogs completely. I have read a ton I love this forum, so much information. My head might explode. Anyway just a couple of questions. I only have used the joye 510 and tried the ptb mod. I am not too crazy about it, so today I picked up the marineland blue foam size U. I have read on other posts that I should clean it with mild hand soap. Can anyone recommend a mild hand soap and how I should clean it. Also I picked up a multimeter and my atty is reading 2.6 which I am assuming is ok. How do I test the battery.I think thats it for now but im sure I'll have more questions as I go along. Your help is much appreciated.

As far as the blue foam goes, I just rinse mine really well with hot water before using.
The challenge is to find the right amount of material for your thickness of juice.
Too much material and it doesn't wick as well as it could.
Too little material and it will leak.
While I think the blue foam works very well, I have moved on to this...

2.6 ohms on the atty is good. For the battery, touch red lead to center of connector and black to shell, press the button. Reading on mine is 4.3 volts on new charge. For filler, I have tried Fluvall, ADP, cigarette filters, and PTB. They all worked. PTB works the best for me by far. I mostly drip now and no worry about filler material. I keep a few ptb carts for those times I have to drive a long way (haven't mastered driving and dripping yet).
