A few ?? about nicotine

Morning,

I first wanted to thank all who helped me decide on my next ecig. I went and ordered an ego yesterday and she shipped it out within 5 minutes of my order.
here is my ?
the carts will have 18mg nic. How is that compared to a marl light? and is it 18mg per 10 drags? not sure how the whole thing dispenses. I just dont want to put any more nic than my original analogues. also, are the carts that come with the ego re-fill-able with e-juice or are they just throw-a ways?

1 more ? and yes I do research the forums before asking but never find exactly what im asking. I asked the sales person at cignot about lr attys but she said they dont carry them, that "They have no warranty because they are so short lived.I think they would just be trouble "

I can understand that coming from a seller who really doesnt want to sell a product that could give them a headache. I watched some video reviews on you tube and they seem like the way to go but they arent easy to find. I did find 1 place that had 1 for $10 or 5 for $42 but man that seems like alot. Any suggestions?/

There's alot of debate going around here about how much nicotine you are getting from different Nic levels, per puff, per ML etc...
But I think everyone agrees that you don't get as much from vaping as you did from smoking.
The abosrption rate of Nic with an Ecig is slower than with cigarettes.
Cigarettes had other chemicals that enhanced the smoke, and made your lungs absorb it faster.
Ecigs don't have that.

And the best answer is that you really can't compare it to cigarettes.
Vaping and Smoking are 2 completely different things.

And not to mention that every human body is different, and reacts differently to the same chemicals.
What works for one, will likely not work for the next.

Some on this forum used to smoke 2-3 packs of Marb Reds a day, but are satisfied with only 8 or 12 MG liquid.
While at the same time, other people who only smoked half a pack of marb lights a day, can only get satisfaction from 24 or 36 MG liquid.
Personally, I was a pack a day smoker of generic brand light 100s. And I'm pretty happy at about 16. And vaping about 2.5 ML per day.


So you really just have to do your own trial and error to find what works for you.

But you can rest assured, you would actually have to TRY to give yourself nic poisoning with an Ecig. You can't do it accidentally.
Listen to your body, it will tell you when you've had enough...long before you've had "too much"

How many "marl light"/day? Normally light guys start at ~10mg. & full 18-24 mg.

To add to the above...

Nic level with vaping and finding satisfaction does not seem to have a rule of thumb that is good. Someone who smoked lights might be fine at 8mg and another who smoked the same brand and amount might need 24mg.

It has more to do with your vaping styles, smoking style, and, more importantly, the way your body handles nicotine.

When you go to order juice, try different flavors and strengths. Having a selection will help you to narrow down what works for YOU a little quicker.

Just like they were saying i was and still am until i get my 510 a half pack a day smoker of lights so when i get my e cig i ordered 18mg juice and 12 mg juice and see which one i feel is necessary Good Luck!

I know you got the pre filled carts. In the future if you buy e liquid and you find it too strong VG is readily available at drug stores and Walmart, and you can thin in down. Here's something you may want to bookmark and play with sometime. My motto is start strong and work down, because you can't do the opposite without buying concentrated nic.
