They are apparently sending me a new AC-R because of the leaking issue. I really hope this doesn't have the same issue, but since they are going to be using the same parts and o-rings, I'm not very optimistic
Sounds like they have good customer though,alot of places would leave you sol haha.Like i mentioned,i've only dealt with them once so far,but will definitely be orderingmore from them,so it's good to hear that they try and take care of any problems.
I'm glad they are trying, but the fact is that customer service won't solve a flaw in the manufacturing process. lol
But yes, it shows that they at least care if they're customer is satisfied
though I wish they would allow me to send my Russian 91% v2 in exchange for their reward points since in order to get the AFC to function, I had to torque it to the point that I can't ever remove my stainless steel tank as far as I can tell. But oh well
