I just wanted to give kodos to RMV for the great Customer Service I received.

Well, I placed an order over 2 weeks ago and never got it. But I sent an email to RMV and told them about it. They sent another shipment to replace the original one which I received last Friday and they sent me some extras for the inconvenience.

Guess what? today I received the original (first) package. It was never their fault, but their customer service is excellent. I will pay for both packages so I can have extras now.:D

GREAT SERVICE.
