Have to give a shout out to ecig Charleston who went above and beyond in helping me w/ a new Roughstack V2. Here's what happened.

My first ecig, an Ego, had a battery failure. I was interested in the roughstack and placed an order online. This was on a Saturday morning. Within an hour, the owner PERSONALLY called me and asked me whether I had questions. He didn't have a Maxi currently in stock but sent the small body on loan to use until a Maxi arrives. He was able to get item packed and shipped within an hour (did I mention this was on a Saturday...lol). Arrived on Monday.

Everything went fine for the first day and then somehow the center pin on the battery connector came loose. I think the gasket just disintegrated. No voltage. While I was fiddling with this at my kitchen table, the owner called to check how I liked the Roughstack after the first day. Explained the situation and he contacted the manufacturer and had a new cap drop shipped to his business and shipped it out to me the same day he received it.

As a newbie vapor, I really appreciate his communication and fast shipping. I'd recommend ecig Charleston for anyone wanting service after the sale.
