Of course i would like to get a GGTS but until i am absolutely sure i really like them what is a good one to buy? I ask this because i bought a Seglei telescope...the one with the side button and this thing doesnt fire half the time i push the button...because of the pins which arent brass?...and the stupid button unscrews when you twist the locking screw

Thanks Bacon, it does look good but man i am leary of the $40 ones... is yours made well (good and solid..the one i got the metal tubes were really thin) and is it chrome plated? Thanks!!!

Yes its actually a little heavy and its very solid. the threads are good and it fires every time. yes its chrome plated brass. some people have already sanded the contacts and posted about it here on ecf. I havent gone through the trouble yet because it fires very well with out doing any thing to it.

I just bought a Sigelei #8 from Hoosiervapors for I think $33. It is not a telescope but does have the side fire button. It's heavy, very solid feeling, and the build quality over all is excellent including replaceable button assembly, negative and positive pins (everything screws in/out). I've already "modded" mine by sanding down the negative center post and button pin to reveal brass, trimmed down a brass screw to fit inside the negative spring and applied a conductive grease on all the threads everywhere, including the button assembly. I still get the occasional weak fire which suggests that I still have more work to do on the button assembly. Other than that it's a great mod and even my vamo is sitting un-used now.

Waiting for my Sigelei #19 which should be in my hands by next weekend. I'm not sure if I'll like a bottom fire button or not but using opposing magnets in the switch in place of a spring was just too intriguing to pass up :D

Hey oktyabr..thats great to hear..sigelei has without a doubt managed to surprised me even..when i bought mine..i though there goes some cash down the drain..until i realized the bottom firing button is brass..only issue i had with mine was the top connector..as they only provided a screw head bit turn upside down to complete the top connection..which sucks..but still because of the bottom firing button alone with a reliable tank/atty vapor quality could still put some highend mods to shame..and who said cheap mods cant vape like a BAWS =)

On my #8 the top connector is a flat screw head upside down, as you describe, but it's threaded into a hard plastic tube which itself is threaded into the head. This should allow pin height adjustment or even possibly replacement with a similar brass screw (I'm going on a safari into my local hardware store later today!) The bottom brass cup that holds the spring also screws into the bottom so it should be replaceable as well.

im going to be picking up the legacy from puresmoker shortly. i hear nothing but good things. they are also very responsive as well.

i read a thread last night where towards the end of february a few people were requesting they get a flat top design in to look flush with their rbas. guy had 3 prototypes within 2 weeks. theyre now supposed to be going on sale in a week or less from now. that kind of service is pretty much not going to be had anywhere else.

I just got the iSeason over the weekend and so far, so good. Very impressive build quality for the price ($45 at MOV after using their coupon code APRILSAVE). Love the design and feel of the button – not too loose, not too firm, and zero firing problems.

Also waiting on the Sigelei #19 – like a lot of others, I couldn’t pass up the deal at Exhale Vapors.
